The whole process was fantastic. Ordering was extrfeemly easy. There was a lot of information on the web site that allowed me to figure out what I needed. (I did miss an extra pole, my fault). I had a question that required me to call customer service. That call was answered immediately. Within a day or so my order appeared on the porch. A lot faster than I assumed. The installation was simple even though I didn’t use it for a pool. I live on a lagoon and needed something for the top of my bulkhead/seawall. Putting the fence up and down when not needed is simple. As far as the pole I needed ,customer service gave me a coupon for free shipping to solve my issue. The cost was extreemly economical vs other solutions. I have no reservations in giving the whole process, ordering, shipping, installation and customer service a big thumbs up and would recommend to any one.

I highly recommend getting the drill stabilizer. It makes the job go a lot faster with better results. This is a great product! Very sturdy and easy enough to install. This companies customer service is remarkable as well!
