Awesome customer service and responsiveness on installation questions. The fence is well constructed and the DIY installation is easy. I’d highly recommend to anybody. Be aware, however, that you will likely crack travertine tiles when drilling holes. No fault of the product, just that travertine is soft and tends to be fragile.
