Instructions didn't align with the type of gate & missing backstop for gate

We are still in the process of putting-up out fence and figuring out what works best for our needs. I will say make sure you generally know what you will need and not need as the return policy is pretty strict, you pay shipping back, you also have to pay a restocking fee. You also need to keep the original boxes and everything the items (papers, etc.) that came with the shipments if you want to send them back. I did not read them and still sent stuff back but lost money in doing so, just didn't want to keep that extra stuff around. I think the company does decent with customer service, they have several methods in being available to customers. I am a visual person so needed to see stuff in-person. I would suggest calling them and walking them through what you have and getting input before you purchase something you may not need.

The fence itself looks very nice. However, it functions solely on the physics principle of tension and the instructions, though they try to explain this in detail, unfortunately fail. I’m a medical doctor and I’ve taken several university physics courses, and it’s only because I had this foundational knowledge that I was able to understand this before drilling the holes at incorrect angles. The holes must be angled away from your pool so that when the tops of your fence portions are tightened together they pull/ bend the fence back into an upright position. This is absolutely key, particularly if you are shaping your fence into an “S” design instead of a “C” design.

Company should request which state order is from to regulate correct order.

The shipping cost for accessories was ridiculous. It should be by weight and not by dollar amount. I paid $32 for a half pound of supplies. The fence is a good quality fence though
