Pool Fence DIY - WP

I'm very happy with my new pool fence for several reasons. One, it arrived quickly (in less than 1 week) and it arrived in good order. There were 9 packages that UPS dropped off in my garage. I had emailed half a dozen times with customer service prior to placing my order, asking questions to ease my mind that I could install the fence myself, and they were very good to work with. I did install it myself, which took about 10 hours (14 sections) and it looks great. My only difficulty is with the gate, which unfortunately, I did not line up the holes perfectly straight. My gate works, but it is a little off and you can see that. I will work on trying to make adjustments. Otherwise, the fence sections went in easily, and is very forgiving if you are slightly off from hole to hole.

Seems to be a glitch in the shipping options… one price is listed, but a different one is charged… Customer service corrected it when I called and went the extra mile for me… Been having issues with FedEx locally as of late, but don’t know if you can have an effect on that??? Thanks!

Easy to install just finished today. Don't know how durable in my northern climate. Will take down for winter.Storage should be a breeze as it rolls up. Very inexpensive for added protection against little ones.

Order was received and instructions were easy to understand. Templates made the installation easy. The drill guide is necessary as the instructions require angled holes for some posts. The directions for the gate differed slightly from the hinges and latch received. It looks like the items were updated, but the instructions were not. I only had one question that was answered quickly by a very helpful technical support.

Awesome product & pricing. Directions and videos were a bit vague. Overall very happy. Will recommend to other family members with children
