Great experience, from communication via their chat feature as well as phone conversation. I was able to text them my pool and get some advise on how I should enclose our pool for our French bulldogs. Their instructions are spot on and I highly recommend buying their drill guide. We started out with a typical hammer drill but ended up going and renting a heavy duty one. If we would have started out with the bigger hammer drill we probably could have finished the entire project in an hour. The instructions say to double check your measurements. I’m so glad we did, because we were off. Do what the instructions say and you will do a great job. Most of the drilling was done by my 15 year old son. So if we can do a project like this anyone can. Now our French bulldogs can be outside safely and play longer.
