Over four separate orders, I bought 9 fence rolls & 2 gates and rented the drill guide to install what turned out to be a 90' fence. Everything that I ordered arrived on or before the expected dates. Not being your classic handyman, I discovered midway that my (SDS) drill bit wasn't compatible with my hammer drill - so I'm sure I made the job harder than it should have been. Most of the directions were thorough but some were sketchy. The drill guide was awkward (leveling bolts kept coming loose with the vibration) but essential for starting holes at the correct angles. The most impressive part of the process was when I called the service number on a weekend and reached a live person who helped me through the trouble spots. I returned 2 rolls (plus the drill guide) and got full refunds, aside from shipping on the guide. While I hope to never take on a job like this one again, I would have no reservations about recommending the company and the products.

Thank you for the detailed instructions and the online instructional video. I had to cut and re-attached a pole to get a good fit. I would have used stainless steel staples if I had to do it again. Drilling through the brick was the hardest part. I only had a 33-foot straight line, so I did not need the drill guide.

Looks great, effective and easy to install! Very cost effective too. Overall we are very impressed.
