Since finding PoolFenceDIY online, then actually ordering the product, several things were immediately apparent, but a few came later when I installed the fence I purchased. First of all, you couldn’t ask ask for more accommodating, friendly, or attentive sales personnel. They weren’t in a rush to get me off the phone when I asked my 50th novice question. They were patient and understanding and genuinely made me feel like I was the only customer that mattered at that moment. I had last minute changed to my order, which they accommodated like a much smaller company could. After receiving the order, I noticed how well packed it was. No damages in shipping at all. Before I began the install process, I had tech questions, which were easily and quickly solved by their own expert installers. During the install, I took note of the quality of the materials and the way everything was made to assemble in such a meticulous and common sense way. Clearly, what I purchased was the product of multiple phases of regression testing and revisions to get the materials to match the practical aspects of a normal, easy, DIY install process. Having gone through every single one of their planning and installation video and text tutorials, the installation was a breeze, though admittedly took this 63 year old longer than a Saturday afternoon to complete! We worry about our dogs falling into the pool, finally we discovered a product that is visually appealing and effective. The 24” high panels are perfect for us. We have limited handyman skills but were encouraged by the instructions and promise of phone support. Poolfencediy did not disappoint! We received our fence the next day, phone questions were promptly answered and our project was successful! Tips for success- use the tools recommended in the instructions. We purchased the drill guide from them, too. It has the markings on the drill guide that ensure a taut and attractive finished product.

Great pool fence, I did a lot of research and was really happy with the way this turned out.
