Awesome product, easy to install, looks great

Everything was as advertised. Very pleased.

We were so happy to have found this fencing option for our pool. From start to finish it was the most wonderful company to deal with. Initially we had many many questions which they had the patience to answer as well as offering options for us to consider. We feel so confident when our grandchildren are visiting. We also have found that it keeps a lot of debris out of the pool which certainly helps us.

Shipped fast. Had a small issue with a damaged box from UPS (not DIY fault), sent an email to customer service, Hunter quickly sent out missing item. Would definitely recommend, already have the fence half way up. Quality if great.

Our Poolfencediy is great. Ordering was straight forward. I called customer service one time to ask a question about installing on a wood/composite deck and I quickly reached someone who quickly answered my questions. We received our fence within a few days. There is plenty of information about installing the fence and questions answered on the website. The instruction manual that came in the box was also pretty good but did not explain how to install my fence on a wood deck but the info was on the website. The installation video on the website was also very helpful. The only small problem I had was that the anchor sleeves are not a very good quality and 4 of 10 of them collapsed while I tapped them into the holes with a rubber mallet. I emailed Poolfencediy and they sent me replacement sleeves and a received them within a couple of days. We have a round pool and if I was to do it again I would probably buy the drilling guide to make sure my holes were drilled with a consistent slight lean. PS We also loved the promotional video with the family with 50 kids. Hilarious. I would definitely go with Poolfencediy again if I was to install another pool fence.
