Overall the product and support are great. One suggestion I would make is to not only use the template to mark out all your holes with chalk before you start drilling, but then continue using the template as you go to double check your next hole before you drill it. I would align the drill guide with the template to make sure I was precise and it worked great. But I learned that the hard way because my second hole for the gate was just a little off and it caused some problems. Also, the directions for the gate are pretty bad but the videos online are super helpful, so once I watched those it was a snap. Customer service was very helpful and they sent me extra parts I needed very fast for no charge which I appreciated tremendously. The fence looks and works great and I would highly recommend this product.
