Ordered and 1 day later, happily received shipping info. However, product never left warehouse. Never received reply to emails/tickets. Fortunately, my refund request was then rapidly processed 15 days after placing order.

Melissa in sales was great! However, your CT warehouse sent me a pump missing parts, beat up and had clearly been previously installed. Melissa got me a replacement quickly.

My pool pump motor took an extra 3 days to be delivered by UPS because someone typed in the wrong address on the shipping instructions. The pump was shipped directly from the local wholesaler which was only a couple of miles from my home so I could have easily picked up. The pump works fine. Also, this company does not answer their phone and only communicate via email so they need to improve their customer service. I am not sure the lower price was worth the hassle. Next time, I will buy it from a local pool store.
