Bought to raise pool ladder to reach my deck. It works perfect. Only negative is I didn’t not receive all bolts or nylon acorn nuts. I would recommend this product for anyone that needs to extend their pool ladder. Model #6000-EXT in pool ladder.

The pricing is great but unfortunately they aren’t super knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They were nice to offer telephone number of the manufacturer as an option. Another competitor seemed to have a ton of info and knowledgeable of this and other products. I would buy again but just be sure to have done my homework.

We were in need of a skimmer for our older pool. After looking for one in all your warehouses Melissa came a crossed one that was returned but had some damage. After realizing that the skimmer body was the damaged part we were still in need of skimmer. Melissa found a replacement skimmer that is supposed to fit in our current cutout. It should be delivered this week. Melissa was excellent to work with and we appreciate her effort and hopefully when it shows up it will be a direct replacement to our current cracked skimmer body.
