I called and dealt with Melissa in sales / service and she was 5 stars all the way! Extremely nice, professional and as I talked to her she really had a lot of knowledge which helped me as I did not for what I needed. I got the parts I needed in a very reasonable timeframe one of which was a new motor. I knew mine was bad but honestly didn't realize just how bad it had been getting until I installed the new one. Afterwards, I had to keep looking at the pool to see if it was circulating because the new motor was so quiet! So far all is good and I would deal with them again in a heartbeat. Great company.
