Process was smooth and we love the ottomans!

I looked online at this set so many times, and my husband said my goodness just get it. So pleased with my purchase!! Its hard to spend money on furniture these days as it just feels like things are not quality, this is the exception! When my order came there was 2 pieces missing (this was from the shipper not polywood as they confirmed it was sent out) but polywood had them to me within the week, just in time for my daughters birthday! Thank you polywood, we will be purchasing more items!

Great heavy seating for our 5thfloor balcony. Comfortable deep seating cushions. We will enjoy these chairs for a long time. Glad to know that if we want new cushion that we can order them at Polywood. Quilty built, shipping communication is great, assebly was easy. We had several different Polywood sets outdoors. Highly recommed. Always easy to power wash after winter.

The chairs came assembled & the table was very easy to put together. Quality is great & I love that it’s nice & sturdy.
