This couch is honestly beautiful, with really beautiful fabric and materials. The couch starts pretty firm but has softened just enough in the last 90 days. I was initially concerned by how much the back cushions would mold to sustained positions but they fluff back to their normal shape perfectly every time. Be seriously prepared for the amount of packaging materials because it comes well packaged and the materials will absolutely consume your garage lol. My only issue is the seat cushions do not have a strong enough Velcro to keep them attached to the couch and they slide out pretty easily.
