Customer Service Not Helpful
I read so many great reviews online before purchasing, but ultimately I am very disappointed in timing and customer service regarding my purchase. I placed my order on Friday, 3/19/21 in hopes that I would have the bounce house/slide combo for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday, 3/27/21. Before ordering, I checked the processing time and was told that "orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of order placement not including weekends." On Monday, 3/22/21 when I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he rudely confirmed that my order would ship that day (it seemed as though he was not happy to help a customer over the phone), but my order did not ship that day. I emailed on Tuesday, 3/23/21 and was told yet again that it would ship that day, and Tonya was able to add a note that my item was needed by 3/27/21 of which I am very appreciative. Once I finally received tracking, the estimated delivery date is Monday, 3/29/21 (AFTER THE PARTY), so now I have to explain to my 2 and 6 year olds that we will indeed not have a fun bounce house for the party. It's very much a shame that when you spend this amount of money, you are met with unhelpful customer service.
