Customer Service Not Helpful

I read so many great reviews online before purchasing, but ultimately I am very disappointed in timing and customer service regarding my purchase. I placed my order on Friday, 3/19/21 in hopes that I would have the bounce house/slide combo for my daughter's birthday party on Saturday, 3/27/21. Before ordering, I checked the processing time and was told that "orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of order placement not including weekends." On Monday, 3/22/21 when I spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he rudely confirmed that my order would ship that day (it seemed as though he was not happy to help a customer over the phone), but my order did not ship that day. I emailed on Tuesday, 3/23/21 and was told yet again that it would ship that day, and Tonya was able to add a note that my item was needed by 3/27/21 of which I am very appreciative. Once I finally received tracking, the estimated delivery date is Monday, 3/29/21 (AFTER THE PARTY), so now I have to explain to my 2 and 6 year olds that we will indeed not have a fun bounce house for the party. It's very much a shame that when you spend this amount of money, you are met with unhelpful customer service.

Never Received, Zero Vendor Contact

I place my order on 29-Oct, and have yet to receive it. According to my order status tracking information, it was delivered on 3-Nov, but still shows out for delivery on 4-Nov?? I have tried unsuccessfully to email the vendor, both through their review email (returned undeliverable) and through their website contact email, no answer. No order confirmation email was ever sent. Luckily I took a screenshot of the order number and paid through PayPal.have reached out to UPS, the tracking number provided to me by Pogo, is associated with a package that was delivered in April 2020??

Total incompetency

Placed my order the first week of June, two weeks later I received a UPS tracking number and then nothing. Multiple calls placed, messages left, no call backs. Calls to UPS claimed it never shipped. Finally, I talked to a live person at Pogo who admitted that a month later it never shipped and promised to follow up. Again, nothing, no contact. Finally contacted my credit card company and reported it as never received as I was charged. Then one day I get a shipment, over two months from when I ordered. Guess what? Wrong items sent. Luckily for me, I can adapt the items sent to my needs.
