I have to say for some reason we got the wrong bed on the 1st delivery. However, customer service got right on top of it and in a few days we had the correct bed. Been sleeping on it for a few weeks and I’m very satisfied. We’ve been on a European bed for 12 years and were very cautious ordering another one that would be as nice as our first one. This one is. Our original is still in use, this is in addition to. We are looking forward to having another mattress that lasts the teat of time.

The mattress is excellent, beyond our expectations!

This mattress is softer than we expected. . . or were accustomed to, but we love it. I immediately noticed less muscle stiffness in the morning, and I generally sleep better than I did on our old Casper. I'm happy to buy something with safe ingredients too. Only negative is the sides are soft, I forget the term. . . I would like a firmer edge, but that's my only quibble. My husband is also very happy with our mattress. Glad we bought it!

Huge improvement to overall back pain. I now wake up without the usual stiffness and tightness. Very glad to have found this mattress and would recommend to chronic sufferers.
