The parts I ordered came in good time although I ordered them well ahead of when I needed them. The items are well protected and you need to be careful as everything is wrapped in paper and its easy to loose the screws but they are wrapped in a different coloured paper which is so thoughtful and an indication of the care the company takes with its products. The tap had a lovely cloth bag to protect it while I was waiting for it to be fitted. Communication is good too. I wish them all the best in moving forward.

Really good product and delviery time will continue to buy from Plank :)

Great product, we love these handles

Really nice product, I used the handle to hang an antique mirror that was held by a chain and looked perfect. Packaging and delivery was great Very happy would recommend Thanks Mike

Such good quality hardware feels expensive heavy and really hard wearing: looks amazing and is such a good colour. Customer service were super helpful. Will definitely buy from them again.
