Excellent customer service! We had an emergency return as we were in the midst of installing our kitchen and handles, and noted we'd bought too few of the handles and too many knobs. When I wrote them, they told us if we ordered online for pick-up and brought the return, it could be done same day. Said and done, it was all resolved and now having the handles installed, we absolutely love them.
