As usual, I have no complaints with PBC. I know some stuff gets damaged during shipping, I have only had one issue with one order in 9 years, and it was handled promptly and immediately, which seems to be the trend. I continue to use my PBC after 9 full years, and IF IT EVER DIES, I have a PBX in the basement waiting to take "the magic barrels place) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
