Box showed up in bad shape with holes and was dropped off in front yard

No way to add charcoal without taking the grill out, should have a door to add charcoal

Not impressed with gloves. Smoker works well temp runs 30-40 degrees higher than the 250-275 I was expecting. After 5 hours temp dropped to 190 deg Side door to add coals to raise temp would be nice.

The purchase took longer than expected delivery time
