Easy setup, easy use, turns
Easy setup, easy use, turns out fantastic "quick" items such as barbecue chicken, steaks, burgers etc, but also does a stellar job with longer cooks such as chuck, butt and brisket roasts. Love the smoky "campfire" imbued flavor it imparts to the meat. It's not uncommon for me to also cook a number of sides along with the main course, too. The only problem I can see is that I now love it so much that I'm going to be spending a whole lot more money on charcoal then I ever envisioned before. Easy five star review in my opinion.
