The pipe showed up wrapped in tape, which left a bunch of residue on it. To remove the residue, the pipe finish needs to be removed as well. Now it is useless

We were not expecting filthy pipes. At these prices this company should provide customers with a clean product or at least a warning that these pipes require a scrub bucket and a mop prior to installing. Also, the packaging was very poor. Our order arrived in a torn box because it was too small. Overall, very disappointing!

Out of stock on some items and poor quality control on others resulted in only a 3 star review.

I havent gotten my order yet.

I received an incomplete order. I was missing four 18” pipes that I had ordered. While it was very simple to chat with a rep, it has been difficult to get the remainder of my order fulfilled. It’s been 4 days since I reported the problem and I still don’t know if they have shipped those pieces. I should have had them credit me and reordered. It’s not gone well.
