I received an incomplete order. I was missing four 18” pipes that I had ordered. While it was very simple to chat with a rep, it has been difficult to get the remainder of my order fulfilled. It’s been 4 days since I reported the problem and I still don’t know if they have shipped those pieces. I should have had them credit me and reordered. It’s not gone well.

Need refund postage please

Product is great, but an unclear answer from customer service about caster size caused me to order wrong casters. I’ve now ordered what I hope are the correct ones.

In general, the customer service, pricing and availability are great! My problem is with the actual shipping of the products. I received two separate boxes and in both of them the pipes were just banging around in there. Can you imagine what they look like after they arrived? I was using some of them for decorative purposes, and I really think they need to evaluate how they ship things in the future. As to myself, I am extremely disappointed and I’m not even going to bother for a new shipment because I’m not confident they would be shipped any other way.
