The package arrived when Pfaltzgraff's website estimated it would. I have been trying to avoid using Amazon, so I purchased the item understanding that there would be a waiting period before its arrival. The bowls were well packed, though I hope the company can find a way to package its boxes with less plastic around them moving forward.
