My purchase arrived promptly

You can tell it is a nice product. It just came with a big dent in the middle that looks really awful. I wish I could return it for another but I do not believe it will be any different. I'm sure they are good coming from the factory but the box does not have enough protection for the shipping process.

You ask questions but do not answer mine. I asked you this 2 weeks ago: I have a 2 burner Permasteel grill model PG 40201. It has a notch in the hood and some pre-drilled mounting holes which are 1 1/2" on center on the side of the body. Why no listing for a rotisserie accessory? Do you have a contact that makes a rotisserie kit that will fit this grill? Thanks , John

FedEx required a signature from me due to “damage” per FedEx email. I’ve never had to sign for any of my other FedEx packages. Not sure if this was Something Permasteel adds. If si, it would have been nice to know in advance.
