I have purchased 3 mattresses from Performa Sleep and I am always impressed with their product, quick shipping, and now customer service!! Most recently, I bought a queen mattress, however had a sudden change in living arrangements with work. Due to quickly being relocated, my living arrangements called for a larger size mattress. I immediately contacted customer service to ask about my options and they were so helpful. Not only were they willing to refund my money on my queen mattress but they also honored the discount that I received and applied it to a new king mattress. All they required was that I donate my current mattress since it was already opened. They answered all my questions and responded in such a timely manner. I can’t explain how helpful it was during this transition with work to not have to worry about something else on my plate! As far as product, the beds are SOOO comfortable and always stay cold, which I love! As someone who is active and always played sports my entire life, I value my recovery and sleep and this is certainly a mattress that lives up to the hype.!!!

The pillows were to fluffy and big

Ive been a performance sleep customer for about 3 years now, and have only had one mattress from them and loved it (Queen). When I saw they came out with a hybrid we had to try it. It felt originally much softer than our older Permforma Sleep Mattress, however once we got in-- it supported us in the best way. Ive just woken up from my first night and slept amazing. Best in a long time. Our guest room now has the older Performa Sleep mattress and we are enjoying the upgraded hybrid.
