This bed helps relax my body after a long day of work or a physical workout of chores on the farm. It helps relax & calm my body to unwind. It refreshes & rejuvenates my muscles from being sore. My muscles would usually feel stiff & tight sleeping on my old mattress. I feel like I get a good nights sleep most nights on this mattress.
