We were very apprehensive about buying a mattress online. Multiple options varying prices so many choices. Performa Sleep was recommended by a friend and so glad we did! love the mattress, back pain and shoulder pain is gone!

We bought our first Performa Sleep mattress in 2017 which was a huge change from the coil spring mattress we had been sleeping on for thirty years...yes, thirty years, and although there were some adjustments to get used to, we have thoroughly enjoyed our mattress! This motivated us to purchase one for our son and now purchase another one for our guest bedroom! There are a couple of things that I would mention. First, due to the physiological season of my life that I am in (female, mid-fifties, menopausal), I have hot flashes, so unfortunately the mattress does tend to hold heat which makes my hot flashes worse. Secondly, the new mattress seems to be a bit firmer than the one we bought in 2017, but that could be because we have been sleeping on it for three years versus not sleeping on the new one. I wasn’t sure if you changed the firmness of the mattress. With these two things being said, we would still purchase these mattresses because of the comfort and price point of Performa Sleep mattresses versus other bed in the box brands. Also, we are enjoying the new pillows that came for free with this new purchase. They work better for me because they are softer than the original ones we got. Keep up the good work in providing a quality product that will help people get the restorative rest our bodies need!

Love the bed so much. I actually ordered a king at first, but realized it took up too much space in my new apartment bedroom before it got delivered. The company was super helpful and got me a new mattress shipped out right away with a hasty refund to split the difference of the 2 beds. I had some issues with FedEx picking up the old mattress, but the customer service at performa sleep were top notch and super helpful.
