Never received them

The Pod is not detected in my new K-Café® SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker. I cleaned the machine several times and it still cannot detect the Pod. This was a waste of money.

It didn't work with my Kureg machine

I emailed customer service with the model of Keurig I owned, asking what model of reusable pod would fit. They replied with an email link, I purchased one from that link, and it didn't fit.
