I had trouble fitting the filter in my K Slim Keurig until Liz sent me a demo on video. I also had trouble finding the multi stream filter until Liz assured me that they have one that will accommodate the 5 hole Keurig.

The company is good, but it is hard to cancel the subscription and free returns.
