It would help if the instructions on the pod were more visible.

Everything went smoothly. “Snail mail” I dislike but that’s only a personal opinion

I thought the filters would have covers so it was a little disappointing

Shipping was a little strange. It was sent to our post office, then USPS sent me an email saying they attempted in vain to deliver it, and that I should contact them to arrange another delivery. I called the post office; the lady I talked to found the package and simply put it in our PO Box.

Shipping seemed a little slow, but was worth the wait in the end.
