Not the level of customer came expected
I have purchased several 40lbs bags of Perfect Palm. I love the fertilizer but think it is very expensive. The last bag I bought came damaged. It likely was the fault of UPS as the box as well as the bag had a hole in it. Im estimating 5lbs of fertilizer was lost. Upon contacting PP I was told to make a claim with UPS. This is understandable but a major pain and wasn’t worth the effort. This response by PP while understandable isn’t the level of customer service I expect. Again, I love the product but this makes me second guess further purchases.
