Perch Chairs & Stools

I purchased a Perch pneumatic stool in adobe white as I have a laser hair removal spa to which the technicians need a proper stool to float around on over our laminated wood floors as the do long treatments. I had tried an experimented with other stools and found either they were of poor quality or they especially didn't roll easily over our hard surface floors without degrading the wheels or the floor. The Perch stool is wide in it's circumference and rolls smoothly over our hard laminated wood floors. Our technicians really appreciated it. The price for the quality is fair so I quickly purchased a second identical stool. I want to state that we are now very happy with the stool and that we were very happy with Marianne's help with fixing issues from our original Perch Stool order: 1) damages from shipping (hole on side of box with one of the foot sticking out, dented wheel, & scratches/sharp edges on the foot) 2) paint coverage on foot ring 3) cylinder maxed at 28" instead of 35" as ordered 4) didn't realize that the chrome wheels for hard wood floor had brakes on them & only moved when there is weight on the stool. These items were eventually replaced and we love how comfortable the stool is. I also want to point out something that perhaps need updating on the website: FREE Shipping Your chairs or stools will be shipped via UPS Ground within an average of 3 business days, all for FREE. It was shipped free but the box we received was delivered by FedEx home delivery per the mailing label on the box and we received it in about 2 weeks instead of 3 business days. Super easy to assemble! Fits our office needs perfectly.

A beautiful stool, easy to operate and lightweight. I placed it in my bathroom where it fits in perfectly with the white cabinets. It came fully assembled; I had only to add the glides which I prefer to casters that can get stuck in the grouting. Very pleased with this purchase.
