A great gal I worked with from Perch Chairs & Stools. Great service and professionalism.

I've purchased 3 Stella exam stools and 3 Life stools. Generally happy with color choices and quality. Packing was sufficient to protect. My only real issue was the lack of meaningful comparison of different stools on web site. VERY difficult to compare models. It needs to be more apparent and easily interpreted how each stool model differs from others. This was further complicated by the limited "Compare" functionality displays corrupt screen on windows computers in EI and Chrome and even worse on phone.

I would like to revise my previous review. Originally, there was a miscommunication concerning directions on how to replace a stool seat, which had since been resolved. The Perch company had gone above and beyond my expectations concerning customer care. I highly recommend Perch Chairs and Stools if you are in the market for a high quality stool. I am a repeat customer.
