I've ordered fabric swatch but received Leather swatch. I've reached out to support for replacement and they've promised to send the replacement as soon as possible. But, even after 5 days I haven't received any update regarding the shipping so I've reached out again. It's been 2 days but got no reply from them yet.

The swatches reached me quick which really upped my expectation and I thought highly of pelican after that. But since then the experience has only gone south. Number on the website doesn't work, no one responds to emails. Im nervous about placing an order as I don't know if you have enough man power to handle orders or communicate.
