Paynes Gray

To whom it may concern I ordered this really beautiful tray for one of my cocktail tables. The original cost was $290. 70. Unfortunately the size was too large for the space so it needed to be returned. I thought the shipping was free since the company on the website offers free shipping. Not only did I have to pay $148 to return the tray out of pocket the refund that I will be receiving will be minus the original shipping which was $80 I will never order any products from Paynes Gray and I will not recommend the company to any of my friends or business associates. I was very dissatisfied to say the least Liz Jaffe
