The website is great, the process was easy but you need to use a different delivery service. Whoever you used simply dropped the package at the end o our driveway in the grass. It was raining the box was soaked by the time I saw it. Fortunately it was well packed inside the box so the item was not damaged in any way.

Service was great. I had some concerns on delivery. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and able to answer my questions and ease my concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

My purchase of a desk was great. Customer service was able to complete my transaction quickly. The desk is beautiful and delivery was perfect. Love Payne Gray!!!

So beautiful, so comfy. More of a darker chocolatey brown in person which I like better. Delivered right on time.
