Paynes Gray

Great variety of accessories. Prices are high, but the quality of their product makes it worth the price.

Packing, shipping and delivery were all perfect.

I am giving the packing and shipping time 5 stars. Very impressed with that aspect. But the quality of the product was not what I expected.

I'd never heard of Paynes Gray, so did a little research asking if it was legit, etc. I couldn't understand how this large expensive piece was discounted, with free shipping, and seemingly no tax (built in to the cost?). But all that I read was that is was a serious online retailer. So I bought the desk. It arrived as described, with white glove service, and it is amazing. Well, you know, Jonathan Adler and all. I'd buy another of his through Paynes Gray in a heartbeat.

From beginning to end, Customer Service was top notch. The items are perfection.
