Really great customer service. I wish I could remember the man my husband and I spoke to. We do have an issue as two of the sockets don’t work. What should we do to resolve this?

Quick service and received what I ordered

I had one burnt out light and another one that broke from the wind. My late husband always took care of the maintenance of the house/lights. I had no idea which bulb to order so I called them and they were able to look at what was ordered in the past and get the right ones ordered. It was such an easy transaction.

Great Customer Service. Pkg arrived with no cord or switch. Spoke with Customer Service rep and they promised to immediately send missing items and replacements arrived with just a few days. Thanks.

Party with the lights was a hit. Lets hope they last in this Florida weather! We were able to cut significant costs with the rental company by buying our own string lighting.
