I love PF. I have been a loyal customer since your older tier system and interface. I wish that you would lower the prices and/or shipping a bit. Many of the products , such as the ear swab I just reviewed, are feather light and cost maybe $8 on Amazon, yet are twice as much with $6.96 shipping? I think many people would like to transition to more sustainable choices. I think most people (like myself) would rather support a company like PF that offers a mission statement in alignment with its goals. but most of your prices are NOT sustainable for long term use by most people . And there are more alternatives out there than 10 yrs ago (which is good) . Your PF brand is exclusive to you, but many other offerings are available thru other channels now and i am probably not alone iin seeking out alternatives. Please reduce your craft paper use as well. My **forever Swab came in a huge box with 6 ft of craft paper. Its a 1 oz rectangle ?! Im good with it shuffing around a much smaller box :) thanks for listening ! be well
