Outdoor Curtains

As you can see in the photo the grommets don’t match. When I ordered these blue curtains I called and talked to a CSR. She pulled up an old order because I wanted to match the hardware on the old curtains so that the new curtains would match. Somewhere in the process someone dropped the ball. They are nonrefundable so we are just living with the error.

Tightening screw is not sufficient and I had to go to hardware store and find a match that was twice as long and able to actually secure the rod properly.

They haven't arrived yet

So far so good. I have not received any product yet, so I will wait to submit my review until the entire process is complete.

Shipping was quick. Quality of product was mediocre.
