I have purchased a coffee table for $USD2,800. When the table got delivered, I have to pay the brokerage charges of $1,250! Basically an additional 40% of the price. I would have never purchased the table had I known that the broker charges will be so high. OROA never mentioned that this would be the case. Very disappointed.

Would have bought our furniture from another distributor if we had known they didn’t have stock of our selected items. We received a lot of double talk and their selected shipper was painfully rude.

My order was meant to arrive the latest Feb 7th and it's Feb 15th and have no news from it. Terrible customer service, the team has made no follow up on my written information requests about my parcel. I am very disappointed and frustrated because I have no clue of where my parcel is or when will it arrive. This experience is worse than buying on Aliexpress or Shein.

paid 50pct more in price vs locally available unit and u have to find it at the port yourself and send it to your home yourself. Oroa are good with SEO for online traffic as their bait for us consumers. Not only that i was promised door to door delivery instead had my PA chase a random unresponsive logisitcs company whilst the short 48hr countdown (to throw away the product supposedly) was looming. terrible for intl delivery.

Don't EVER order from here. I ordered a piece of furniture 3 months ago and it's still not here. I was told 4-6 weeks maximum for delivery. Shady service at best and when a customer asks for their money back after waiting 3 months - you should give it to them! Enough said. Would never recommend this site to ANYONE!
