After several months of shipping delays our art piece has just been sitting in the warehouse for several weeks. Each response is nonchalant with no urgency or follow up with action. The latest response is they submitted a request to FedEx and it should have been picked up by now. No accountability to fix the issue. For months they’ve said it is what it is. For what you pay they should be on top of this. Especially when it’s in their control in the Miami warehouse.

Damage sofa with an easy noticeable stain on the front. It was marked as an open box; however this is definitely a used item. No disclosure of the damage. Looking forward to resolve this matter ASAP before going further. Thanks
