Beautiful Pieces- Failed on Delivery/Customer Service
I had one piece delightfully delivered. After waiting a month past the ETA on a second piece I called and emailed. A week later I was notified my coffee table would ship promptly via FEDEX (weird but ok) 48 hours later FEDEX calls to arrange delivery. They give me available windows- I dont have anything that works for another week and I am told I must take delivery within 3 days. I hire someone to be at my home during the delivery window- and of course they arrive after the window. I was grateful for that- because I was home when the driver wheeled in the box with the table. I asked if he can unpack it (at least) and he is not authorized to do that. I call OROA (its still business hours) but I cannot reach anyone. I also email them- no response yet (it has been 2+ business days.) So, my 150lb coffee table is still sitting in my living room in the box. It’s probably gorgeous- but it was not properly delivered and I am still waiting to see how it is going to be unpacked-
