Nice people, minimal communication regarding when and what to expect for delivery, and it took quite a while to get product. However it was worth the wait

Slow shipping and communication

This item took over three months to arrive. Ridiculous.

There's not much to say the item was delivered damaged, and maybe more attention will be paid to packing and shipping maybe put fragile on item that need it.

Took forever to come and poor communication. Unfortunately, I should have looked at info in this company before ordering. It looks like a pattern of poor service
