Great customer service and timely delivery. Unfortunately the sideboard came with a scratch even though it was carefully wrapped and delivered.

I think the service was lacking because of the length of time it took to ship the piece. FedEx delivery was quick, but the disappointment was the length of time it took for the item to get into the shippers hands.

I won’t be ordering from you again given the service issues

At this point, I can only say okay, since the couch that was delivered today is not the color I ordered (and not the color in the picture). I have notified the store so we'll see how they handle it.
