I had a very bad experience with my order. The website stated that the item would be shipped within 1–2 business days. I placed my order on July 20th, but the item was not shipped until late August.
I contacted customer service to cancel the order due to the delay. I was told the item would be delivered by the end of the week, which did not happen. I again requested to cancel the order, explaining that the timeline no longer worked for me, but was informed that cancellation was not possible.
Eventually, I received the item on August 22nd. I then contacted customer service again to arrange a return. I was told a pickup would be scheduled, but now it’s September, and no one has come to collect the item.
This has been extremely frustrating, and I would appreciate immediate action to resolve the return and refund process.
