If I have a question, it's nice to have 24-hour customer support

Everything moved efficiently and I am very pleased with the whole process. However, I would like to say, my husband and I have been sleeping on the new mattress for approximately 10 days and are continually waking up sore. I was hoping this bed would be a great product and so far we are not having a great experience with it so far. I hope things change.

It took several days, at least 2 weeks to get tracking confirmation. I had to email support for a tracking number and they claimed they sent one. I didn’t get anything in inbox or spam about the order process. It was finally delivered after at least 2 weeks. I also just received this email to that it was delivered (I ordered it a month ago). The mattress was delivered correctly once we did finally get it.

Fast delivery and prompt chat response. Desperately need live phone support. Waiting on e-mail is really frustrating, and chat doesn't replace taking to a representative.

My wife cannot find a pillow that satisfies her until now.
