Visually, it looks lovely. In black, the waffle texture still shows through and adds a nice subtle dimension. Functionally, it works amazingly well. It absorbs well and dries quickly. As far as quality: I was concerned it might feel flimsy or have a scratchy texture, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fibers are smooth to the touch, and the fabric feels stretchy yet sturdy, almost like a throw blanket. It feels like a small luxury to use this every day. Love it.
