Good product with appropriate packaging, delivery arrangements.

Everything was good, but there was typing error in the customized text. I wrote "Shoes Out, Smiles In" but it got printed as "Shoes Out, Smiles ln", probably because of the confusion in font style of the text as some fonts have capital "I" and small letter "l" looking similar. Please look into it. Other than that, I like my new mat, it surely gained positive feedback from the people around me

The online store, customer service and delivery is all okay however, I'm a bit disappointed that the door mats started cracking up and disintegrating into small pieces and broke off. All of this happened within 14 - 16 months of use. I did expect the product to last longer.
