The weeping Angel urn is absolutely beautiful. The pic of it on the website was very nice by, when I received it was so much nicer than the pic online. Very Pleased!

I feel the measure of a company isn't just how an ordinary order goes, but more when an extraordinary situation happens. My pet urn arrived with "strange" engraving on my paw print. I emailed a picture and heard back IN MINUTES! I was told this was not the way the urn should look and a replacement was mailed the next day. The customer service is phenomenal! Know your order will probably be perfect the first time, but if it isn't, they are making it right! I think that is about all we can ever ask.
