I want to say thank you for the quick shipment of my fur babies beautiful urn. Even the engraving was beautiful and it came with a sweet note. It arrived in less then a week, 2 days before she was brought home.

The overall experience with the company is great. My issues lies with the delivery courier FED-EX as I have yet to receive my items.
